Support During COVID-19

The MagView Team wishes the best for all our customers during this difficult time. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our operations to ensure the safety and health of our employees and customers. We will continue to provide the full range of our support services for the duration of this crisis.

We have instituted a company-wide travel ban until further notice. If you are an existing customer and currently have any active projects, your implementation team remains in place and will continue leading the project remotely. If you had on-site time scheduled with our team, your Project Manager will work with you to create a plan that meets your needs and ensures the safety of patients and staff.

We understand that many of our customers have significantly reduced or temporarily suspended breast screening. With the reduction in patient volume during this time, please reach out to MagView Support at [email protected] if we can assist you by facilitating a version upgrade to your MagView system, or any other project that might help your team.
