Patient Navigator provides immediate access to patient breast/lung history, imaging results, BI-RADS/Lung RADS findings, contacts, pathology, documents and appointment reminders.
MagView & LungView’s Patient Navigator help case managers and care coordinators navigate patients through the continuum of breast and lung care, from initial imaging through treatment and beyond. The Patient Navigator software, developed by navigators for navigators, provides user-definable navigation worklists, automated reminders and overdue follow-up flags to ensure no patient falls through the cracks. Patient Navigator improves access to patient demographics and information with a complete snapshot of all contacts, documents, imaging findings and pathology in a single window. Based on the NCBC Breast Patient Navigation Matrix, MagView allows each site to completely customize every stage and step to match existing protocols.
To eliminate redundant data entry, Patient Navigator can be used in unison with MagView’s Mammography Information System and the LungView tracking program. Data collected as part of the MQSA Medical Outcomes Audit is automatically integrated with the navigation console without extra data entry. Incorporating the imaging workflow provides additional reporting and benchmarking benefits such as Imaging and Biopsy Timeliness of Care, Cancer Summary Statistics, Biopsy Wait Times, and Surgical Biopsy QA.

MagView’s Risk Assessment Module automatically calculates and displays breast cancer risk scores based on information that you are likely already collecting as part of your workflow, based on the most popular risk assessment models available. MagView's comprehensive cancer risk tools include all major risk models, as well as the ability for centers to use their own customizable risk models to asses a patient's risk. These tools are what make MagView the industry leader in risk assessment and high-risk program support.
Currently, MagView offers support for the following risk models: BRCAPro, Gail, NCI, HERA, and user-defined models. More importantly, MagView’s Risk Module was built with an eye to the future: as customers request new models to be included, MagView’s architecture allows for additional models to be continually added to our software.
Based on family history, major risk factors, and past pathology, MagView automatically calculates the scores for each desired risk model. MagView displays the scores in a highly visible fashion for both technologists and radiologists.
