Quality Assurance

MagView provides built-in risk calculators for most of the available models, including: Tyrer-Cuzick, Gail/NCI, BRCAPro, BCSC, Claus, B-RST and more.

Detailed Analysis

The MagView QA report contains several sub-reports that allow you to focus on the overall practice, along with detailed areas for improvement or focus among the group or individual readers.

Screening Summary:

  • Includes columns for ACR and BCSC targets for comparison
  • Shows a check mark or warning flag that takes into account the measures' expanded acceptable ranges, as well as the ACR’s ranges

Screening Worksheet:

  • Displays column-based totaling, outcome call-outs, and easy illustration of where FP1, 2, and 3 are derived from

QA Positive Screening Outcomes:

  • Shows the outcome path for all positive screening cases
  • Allows you to see how many patients returned for the callback, and what the outcome was
  • Displays how many returned for a subsequent biopsy recommendation, and what that outcome was
  • For the patients that never returned, you can see the reason (how many patients followed up elsewhere, how many patients refused follow-up and how many patients were lost to follow-up, etc.)

QA Analysis:

  • Plots your sensitivity versus specificity along with the ACR zones, ACR data points, and BCSC data points, for measuring your statistics
  • Plots your PPV versus Abnormal Interpretation rate and the cancer detection rate curve via graph
  • Incorporates the ACR recommended performance zone so you can easily see which readers are within the zone, and for those that are not, their relative proximity

QA Dashboard

You can choose which measures and outcomes are most important, or use our best practice templates, to generate a real-time dashboard of current quality assurance measures. See your site or reader statistics immediately from anywhere in the world with web access.

Benefits

  • Accessible from anywhere with internet connectivity
  • Messages and alerts that you define are delivered straight to your mobile device wherever you are, putting the power of big data in the palm of your hand
  • Implementing a Quality Assurance dashboard for your physicians allows them not only to see their performance at a moment in time, but identify developing trends and better visualize the relationship between the important quality assurance and patient outcome metrics
