MagView Becomes First Vendor to Submit NQMBC 2.0 Measures Electronically

FULTON, MD — MagView has become the first vendor certified to electronically submit calculated data to the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC) program.  MagView provides breast centers with a push-button solution for NQMBC accreditation.

The NQMBC is a voluntary quality program developed by the National Consortium of Breast Centers (NCBC). Participating facilities submit their quality measure data and compare their performance to other breast centers.

MagView has been working with the NCoBC on an electronic submission solution for the updated NQMBC 2.0 measures for several months. Once the new measures were added, MagView became the first Mammography Information System (MIS) vendor to be certified by the NCBC for this protocol.

MagView will continue to work with the NCBC as a vendor partner. As new measures are created or previous ones amended, MagView will be the leading participant in the testing and certification process.

If you are a breast center and would like more information about the NQMBC, click here to see more about the benefits of participation.
