Credential Management Module
MagView’s Credential Management Module allows you to track all CME credits for your physicians,
technologists, and any other staff members. MagView offers you a single application to record all credentials,
and scan them for permanent archive. Plus, MagView allows you to track your own, custom credentials.
Scan and archive certificates, prevent lost paperwork
MagView’s Credential Management lets you scan and attach documentation and certificates to each credential
record, to eliminate the need for storing paper logs in binders. MagView gives you immediate access and
on-demand printing from anywhere at anytime, so you can print credential certificates and never lose valuable documents.
Track custom in-house required courses
MagView offers an unlimited number of credential types for you to create your own requirements,
such as in-house courses and Housewide Mandatories.
Customize and review Credential Alerts
MagView’s Credential Management alerts you to staff members who are at risk of not meeting credential credit
totals. For each type of credential, you configure the timeframe/deadine, credit level that must be satisfied,
and warning thresholds. At any time you can run reports to view your users current credential levels, as well as
those who have not met required levels.
