As the most flexible mammography tracking and mammography reporting system on the market – there are a number of configuration steps that your MagView system will undergo throughout the implementation process. Starting with the site survey, your project manager will walk you and your group through the setup and customization of MagView to ensure that your MagView system fits into your practice – not the other way around.
One of the most critical first steps in any new implementation is the implementation survey. This will be contained in the package that you receive from your MagView project manager once they have been assigned to your project. This survey is a critical step in the first phase of the project – current state analysis and future state planning. The types of data that the survey and your project manager will collect from you at this stage of the project include:
- Procedure codes
- Letter content for standard and custom notification and recall letters
- Recall letter timing for each assessment
- User groups and roles and responsibilities
- Report examples for both breast imaging and breast interventional reports
- Current state workflow and planned future state workflow
- High level project goals and objectives
During this phase, your project manager and the team at MagView will then begin to customize your MagView system based on the information you provide. Configuration will be an on-going process throughout the implementation as you learn more about the capabilities of MagView, and we learn more about the desired workflow. Throughout that process, your MagView system will evolve to fit your needs. Our project teams have years of experience and the amazing tool set MagView provides. The project team will leverage all of that to help your group get the most out of your MagView system.
