However, software alone does not make an efficient information system. At MagView, we recognize this challenge, and leverage years of experience working with breast centers to also provide the leading service package on the market.

MagView offers comprehensive implementation services with every system we sell. We understand that the key to the success of any project is a focus on the entire system. This includes the full information system: people, processes and software. While we pride ourselves in offering software products that are the best on the market – we know that it is even more important that the software is properly implemented with the proper support to ensure the system as a whole works for our customers – and their patients.

Our staff is available 24/7/365 to answer any questions you may have. Standard support hours are between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. During that time, your call will be answered as soon as possible (typically in less than 20 seconds). Outside of those hours, 24/7 support is available through an on call pager. Both standard and extended hours emergency support are available through a single 1-800 number. Our support personnel are dedicated service professionals who have experience in a wide variety of fields. Our support team is dedicated to ensuring that you are able to use your MagView system to its fullest potential.
