Secure Patient Results Portal

MagView’s Patient Results Portal provides a cost-effective alternative to printing and mailing letters to patients. Instead, your patients receive a personalized email from your center with a link to a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal on your group’s web site. The MagView Patient Results Portal provides an added layer of legal documentation by logging the date and time when a patient retrieves her letter(s).

In addition, the MagView Patient Results Portal automatically generates printed letters after a chosen number of days for any patient who fails to retrieve her results from the Patient Results Portal.

Consider how many letters you are sending for each patient. Each mammogram exam generates one patient letter, and in addition most sites send – sometimes up to three – reminder/callback letters to their patients. That may be three or four letters per patient.

Secure Patient History Portal

MagView’s Patient History module allows your patients to fill out their breast history questionnaire from home, well ahead of their visit. The MagView Patient History module is configured to run on your group’s web site, and can be accessed by your patients via link on your web site.

Speed up the history collection process

When your patient registers/schedules her appointment, provide her a link to your web site, where she can access the Patient History module. After the patient completes her breast history, the data is automatically and securely uploaded to her patient record in MagView. Best of all, the Patient History module remembers all of the patient’s previous answers — so when Ms. Jones returns for her routine mammogram, her history is already ﬁlled out.

Large fonts and easy-to-understand questions

The Patient History screens are designed for breast centers and their patients — that means large fonts that reduce eye strain, as well as questions that are phrased in layman terms. With large “Back” and “Next” buttons, even patients with little computer knowledge can immediately use MagView’s Patient History without trouble.
