RadView supports several options for payment processing that allow the most efficient process for each payment processing task. RadView allows and encourages line item posting of payments, and supports automatic and compound adjustments for most cases. RadView also supports electronic remittance, and includes a flexible, user defined system for payment, adjustment and write-off codes.
Processing Options
For each personal payment made by the patient, the payment may be quickly added to the system. You may add payments from the account summary screen, the claim detail screen or the check-out screen. For insurance payments, a batch payment screen is available to allow you to quickly add payments from the EOB, which allows automatic double checking of the total payment before the payments are added to the system. RadView also supports electronic remittance from payors, and supports other proprietary interfaces for payment information.
