RadView includes many features and options that allow you to efficiently bill patients and insurance. RadView supports direct electronic submission to payors, generation of paper claims, and generation of customized group bill. With RadView, you may define submission types, which attach to each insurance type, and determine how claims may be submitted. Many other claim submission and billing options are available to save time and expense.
Electronic claims options
RadView supports direct electronic submission to payors, or submission to claims processing clearinghouses. You may work with a clearinghouse that we recommend, or any other clearinghouse that you may prefer. Automatic re-billing to insurance may be configured based on user specified parameters. Claim submission and insurance ageing reports allow you to quickly review and manage outstanding claims, and ensure that no claim falls through the cracks.
Generating Paper Claims
For claims which you choose not to submit electronically, RadView can generate paper claims. Paper claims can be printed on plain paper from a high speed laser printer, saving the cost of pre-printed forms, and the necessity of dedicated, slower impact printers. You may also print claim forms from a high speed printer using pre-printed claim forms.
Billing Guardian™
Before claims are submitted, each claim is validated with the RadView Billing Guardian™ to ensure that claims are valid and complete the first time they are submitted. The Billing Guardian includes many internal checks and validation routines, and allows you to define additional error checks. User defined Billing Guardian checks can involve the comparison of any information which has been collected for the claim, including insurance information, procedure information, diagnosis information and claim flags.
